A super-quick, super-tasty gluten free dinner?
Sound too good to be true?
Try gf and me’s quick rosé sauce and Ravioli Gourmet’s Five Cheese Gluten Free Ravioli. You really can have an amazing dinner on the table in five minutes!
What you’ll need:
1 ½ cups gluten free spaghetti sauce (for this recipe, we like to use Catelli onion and garlic)
4 ounces of cream cheese
½ teaspoon garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicy!)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 450 gram package of Ravioli Gourmet 5 Cheese Gluten Free Fresh Ravioli
TIP: Here in Alberta, Canada, you can buy this at Costco in the fresh pasta section.
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
What you’ll do:
Place spaghetti sauce, cream cheese, garlic, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper in a small sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until the cheese melts and the sauce is warm.
Prepare gluten free ravioli according to package directions.
TIP: The package says to cook the ravioli in boiling water for 3 1/2 half minutes, but we found that they were over cooked by the time we got them out of the water and onto a plate. Three minutes seems to work better.
Scoop ravioli out of water and place in pasta bowl. Cover with rosé sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
